Gourmet Cooking Series |

February 14, 21, 28 & March 7
Learn by cooking (and eating)!
Join us for a four part cooking series in celebration of winter's seasonal bounty. Chef Pessy Haskelevich will share her love for fresh seasonal ingredients while we learn to slice, dice and wow our guests with beautiful dishes. In each of the series we will use a variety of techniques and get to know flavor profiles of three market ingredients by cooking together and enjoying an intimate meal afterward. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in becoming a better cook, looking for new ways to inspire their cooking especially during the winter months, or anyone who just wants to share a fun night out with friends.
